The base of the rear battery rack now fits cleanly in the hole in the floor.... The next step will be to add the vertical rails and find out how high the rack will sit with proper ground clearance. There is JUST enough clearance around the edges in the 1997 Suzuki Swift so that I did not have to alter any suspension mounts, brakelines, or anything else major.
