Took about an hour to experiment and get all the corners done.... Kinda like high temp caulking once you get going. Turns out that using the 'speed weld' tip gives WAY better results than just open tip since it seems to melt enough of the edges and rod to bond together really well. It works great for the 1/4 thick material.
