trimmed and primed. A little rough on some of the edges... I am not a certified welder by a long shot, but 1/8" angle iron and 1/4" strap is pretty easy, even with a cheap stick welder on house current. I have an old one I got from Harbor Freight years ago for less than $200, used 6013 3/16 rod, set the welder to about 60 amp draw, and let it rip!
